Are you using the free version,or did you purchase yours? I bought 8.0 a couple of weeks ago for two computers. When I tried to update one computer, it worked, but when I tried to do the second, it wouldn't. I've tried several times over the past two weeks to do the update, but it won't work. I wrote customer support, and they gave me a link of something that I'm supposed to download to try and fix it. I haven't done it yet, but I hope it fixes the problem.
